not quite squared, looks distorted

About the product:

I was happy to find a true maple wood frame--love that part of this purchase. however, the frame itself is not a true squared, it is distorted and looks "off" when hung. unfortunately i am past the return window because i couldn't get to hang it right away. so i guess i'll either "deal" with it as or buy something else. disappointing.

Nice looking frame, except for the black scuff right on the front. Also the screws included to attach the hanging hardware are pretty shoddy, one snapped in half as I was screwing it in, so I decided to just use some of my own I had on hand. Was shipped fast and packed safely.
