Hard to find sizing: These frames are fantastic for those unusually sized pieces you can't buy standard frames for. Very happy with the fit and quality.

Modern white: Second time ordering this specific frame. I got to play with custom mating w this shape print.

Not great quality: The seams on the corners of the frames were sloppy and had extra paint on them. Wasn't thrilled with the quality.

Why not put the hanging wire on the frame for the customer? You have the measurements and know how it should hang. It's an extra step we really don't want to do.

Great deal!: This is a very affordable and good quality frame with matting. I have gotten quotes from local craft stores and frame shops in my area and the prices at those places are double or more in comparison with Art to Frame. Highly recommend and will be coming back to order frames from here if any are needed in the future.

Easy process and perfect sizing for custom orders: I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing my frames and many people stated that they received the wrong size frame. The instructions on the ordering page could not be more clear, there will be a slight overlap because you do not want a gap between your artwork and the mat/frame. Customer service lacking: First order the item did NOT arrive true to size. I called and spoke to Chemeta (?) and was told to bring it in. I went to return it in person, but found the store closed due to a Jewish holiday. It was another few weeks before I was able to drive down there again, so I decided to call first to make sure they were open. I was not aware at how many jewish holidays there are in October. I was told, it was past the return date. Love the frames, but now stuck with one that I do not need.

Nice Frame: This white frame was true to size and color but I payed extra for faster shipping and it arrived later than expected. I wanted to frame and hang something for an event I was having but the frame arrived to late.

Excellent Products and Exceptional Service !:

bad quality: I paid $80 to get a frame that looks used. The corners are not flush with a large gap. There are gray marks all over that will not come off. The shipping packaging was great, so it must have looked like this before it was sent to me. I hope to get a replacement or get a refund.

Broken: I have sent 2 emails to the Contact Us address regarding my frame arriving broken, but still have heard nothing in return. In addition to the glass being shattered the custom matt board was scratched and the frame did not appear well crafted.

Cross stitch wedding piece: Art to frames offers numerous options that have helped me be able to frame my pieces myself. They are quick to ship and communicate throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Frame works but came scratched and dirty: The white frame came scratched in several places and was has several black marks that have been difficult to scrub off.

Exactly as I wanted:

Good but not great: I was surprised that it took almost a month for the frame to arrive. When it did arrive, I was again surprised at the lack of craftsmanship. The matting had visible cut marks at the corners and the glass was a little dirty and still had some kind of adhesive residue on it, probably from tape.

Survey: The Frame is lovely however the glass came chipped on the edges and there is no backing to protect the artwork - just cardboard. I feel I will look elsewhere for frames to protect my art more carefully.

It was GROSSLY OVERSIZED: I wanted a frame for a 10x10 (smaller than letter paper) print. The frame and matte are twice the size purchased.

Damaged frames: 3 of 8 frames arrived damaged with scratches on frames and corners separating. Glass broken

MEDIOCRE Workmanship: ALL 4 corners are off. Unless your poster is of an uncommon size, like mine was, you would do better going to Hobby Lobby, or Michaels, and not waste your money with this vendor.

Would not recommend: Their products are not well made. I bought two and they both came in damaged and dirty. The white one is not put together flush at any of the corners, with big gaps of space. It's also completely dirty and covered in black marks and smudges. I can't hang it - it's basically going in the trash. It came with a sheet that said contact us if not satisfied so I emailed and still haven't heard back.

Item Arrived Broken: I bought 2 frames and one of them arrived with broken glass. I have reached out to support twice and have not heard back. I would like a replacement frame or a full refund on the item.
