We're convinced that you will be more than happy with the quality of your prints when they arrive. All artwork has a 30 day, no questions asked, return policy.

The outside of the box must have your order number on the shipping label in order for us to be able to process such an order. Returns sent without your order information will not be processed.

Refund Method - Refunds will be initiated to the same payment method used to place your order. Refunds will be processed within three days of your item being returned.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs - Orders will be refunded minus all shipping cost, there and back.

Care in Packaging

Your artwork will be handled with as much care as possible and will be shipped to you well wrapped and protected. Unframed prints and mats ship in a sturdy reinforced cardboard "crush-proof" tube that is twice as thick as anyone else in the industry to avoid damage to the art while in shipment. Framed prints ship in a custom box designed by us, the frame fitted with corner protectors, the moulding protected by plastic wrap and the entire framed print securely fastened with strapping.

Amazon / PayPal Payments is a service offered by the respective parties to process our orders in a secure and safe environment for our customers. The Third parties will store and process your credit card information. Once your information has been verified we will be notified and your order will be processed. The advantage of using them is that we never receive your credit card information. The third party is responsible for making sure the funds are available and your information is correct. Using said parties keeps your information in a central location so you can shop at any website that supports them without providing your personal credit card information over and over.
