Not a lot of items surprise me. Often times, items arrive and they don't necessary match the images and description in the internet.I am used to sellers not meeting my expectations, but this item arrived in a safe and padded box. The frame was secured inside its box and with enough space between it and the box to protect the frame against damage in transit. We have all seen horrible videos online showing how some delivery people mistreat fragile packages. I can say that the ArtToFrames team took good care of packaging and was very thoughtful to protect the item against damage while the frame was in transit.I can see why they protect their frames so much. After opening the delivery box, I saw a beautiful cherry-red oak frame. The craftsmanship of the wooden frame was impeccable. I could not find any blemish in it. The smooth cherry-red paint glows and provides a wonderful frame for a picture that I sent to my relatives.Excellent product, excellent delivery that, in my eyes, is a result of the wonderful teamwork at ArtToFrames.Keep doing what you are doing.Next time I purchase a frame I'll be looking to purchase it from your company.Thank you!

I’m very pleased with the quality and lack of this. I read some of the negative reviews. They complain that it wasn’t enough of a presence. I did think the wood of the frame would be a little wider, but that was my mistake. I hadn’t read the dimensions. The woodgrain is great. The coloring is great for the price. I am extremely pleased. Some people are complaining about the quality and price. I think that maybe they haven’t shopped for frames recently. Even cheap plastic frames at Walmart run the same price and this is actual wood. I’m very happy and I would definitely buy from them again. It also came sooner than expected.
