I needed an odd size frame and there was not a lot to choose from. I found this one and I am so glad that I did. I am so pleased with the quality and look of the frame; it is exactly what I wanted. In addition It was so carefully packaged that nothing was happening to it in transit. The quality and packaging of the frame makes you feel like you bought a very nice item. Went to hang and the hook bent. Lucky it didn't fall and the glass break. It's only a picture so not that heavy. Those hooks are not meant for that frame. Now I have to order hooks

The frame is nice; however, I ordered the wrong size and had to pay for shipping to return. It did not say that anywhere on the description.

Frame was exactly the size I ordered. Packaged well, however the plexiglass had hairline scratches on it. I should have stopped right then, but I thought they might be on the protective cover. Not!!The screws that were sent to put on the hanging wire were too long and had we screwed them all the way down they would have come out on the front of the frame.I can't believe I kept this item but my husband and I had to work so hard to make it work that it just wasn't worth sending it back.
