After I left my review I was done. I was not expecting or requesting anything from them. Art To Frames reached out to me for more information and additional pictures. After a few emails back and forth they offered to replace the frames. I was surprised and accepted the offer. The frames arrived the other day. Again product was well packed and made it in one piece. After unpacking I realized right away that they had shipped me different frames. In looking at the original order and the new order they have the same part numbers I originally ordered. So my question is what frame is the correct frame original order or replacement order The second frames I was sent as a replacement that actually look better than the original ones. You can see in the photos new frame has art work in it old frame is blank. You can see the difference in size and style. They are a wider frame and not tapered at the corners. The new ones have one small blemish on a corner of one of the frames. Customer service was very helpful and did respond even when I did not ask for anything. Seems like quality control is still an issue.

About the product:
The product arrived in good condition and was well packed. That is where the good stuff ends. Product was just plastic wrapped and drunk particle board not wood. Product has white showing on the corners where it comes together. Product has visible bulges in the angled corners where the frames come Together. This is from the fasteners used on the backside to fold it together. They did not Puncture the plastic wrap, but you can see the bulges in every corner on both frames I ordered. These are just cheap frames that are no Bette than ones I can get at a local store. Had there not been the problems I could Overlook the lack of quality material, but the price is way too much for what they advertise. I am sure others have had a different experience than me, so take it for what it is worth.
