While my current order is still in transit, we have placed multiple orders with Art to Frame. We have been pleased with the total service. The only request we have is to be able to order glass in the larger frames - we do not like the plastic.

The frames I ordered to hang side by side are identical and very nice quality solid hard wood. I LOVED that the hardware on the back was so nicely done and ready for immediate hanging. I have ordered 6 frames now and all are perfect. I will never use another framing company.

I had An image with an unusual size. I tried to work through the app to figure out my frame and Matt but was unable to do so so I called Customer Service. They were incredibly helpful. We talked through all the options arrived at a frame, that was a reasonable prize high-quality and perfectly matched my criteria. When the frame arrived, Amazon had crushed the box, but the frame was so well packed that nothing was broken. I was concerned that the frame might not fit my image so I called again and again Customer Service walked me through my concerns. It was an awesome experience start to finish.

Very happy with the way this puzzle looks framed. Has a simple antique modern style that I was looking for and looks great by my pool table. Frame was here very quickly.

Perfect Size & Color

I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase! I framed a 2000 piece puzzle and got a custom made frame and it turned out so beautifully! The frame was very large and the packaging was phenomenal. I felt like I was unwrapping a museum piece. Top notch! I can't say enough about the quality of the frame, customer service, and shipping/packaging. Wow!!!

I ordered the wrong size due to not reading the description of ordering my frame based on image size. I had correspondence with the Amazon representative regarding the description that I found misleading compared to other frame sellers. However, since problems regardless how they arise, always allows a company to reveal their customer service to rectify issues. We are extremely satisfied and will be ordering all future products directly with Art to Frame rather than a third party in the future. Thank-you Art to Frame.
