No only is the frame good looking, but it also had sizes for some oddly shaped posters I wanted to hang up without completely breaking the bank. Nothing scratched as I put it together, and it was overall sturdy. Not too heavy but not too light. About as heavy as a false wood frame is expected to be.

The packaging was great! Yes, it does take a little longer to ship, but it was well protected, the color and size are perfect for my grand daughters graduation picture, and yes, it does have glass not plastic and a real wood frame, worth the wait and $, thank you for offering such a nice product

I was able to customize my frame to complement my artwork. I had a question or two and Maria was able to guide me through what to purchase that ultimately created a complete work of art. Highly recommend.

Nothing is wrong with picture frame, I accidentally ordered the wrong size, I tried to return for correct size, however they will not send a return label unless I paid over 50.00 to return.. I will return by another method and never buy from them again, bad customer service.

My frame arrived today in Fort Knox packaging. My husband assisted me in getting it released for good behavior. It was secure in the box and very well protected. I've already moved the picture into the frame, and it looks fabulous.

This frame was great and easy to use. It looks very good with my artwork in it and I did not have to pay the crazy price from other sources.

The image fit perfectly and the frame is protecting the antique well - the mat is the wrong color though :(
