Frames are good quality for the price

These frames are fantastic for those unusually sized pieces you can't buy standard frames for. Very happy with the fit and quality.

My orders have always been delivered overnight by Fedex. On my previous order, I chose Economy and it shipped by Amazon Shipping and arrived in 3 days (instead of overnight).
So on this order I chose Standard Shipping (hoping to get Fedex). Instead if shipped Amazon Shipping and shipped exactly the same as when I chose Economy.

When we received the order, the shades seem to be very cheaply made. The material seemed like the same thing as inexpensive shelf liner is made from. While the picture shows the pattern on the material, it seems much more muted in the picture than what you get. Also, we had no idea that there was what appeared to be a flimsy plastic chain to put the shade up and down. Yes, if you look very close on the picture, you can see a dotted line going down the right side of the shade to a black box below the shade, but it sure is not clear from the picture and I didn't see it in the description. We tried to roll and unroll it using the chain and it took enough effort that I wasn't sure the chain would last very long. Also, we would not want something with a chain like that, since it would be tempting for our dog to chew on and probably break. Finally, when we arranged the return, it indicated that the cost of the UPS would be deducted from our refund along with a 15% restocking fee (that was all in addition to there not being free shipping in the first place). So, it is probably going to cost us the better part of $50 in end, which was unexpected. Would not recommend this unless you really know it is what you want.

I picked this color out thinking it would compliment my diamond painting picture and it's perfect. Love this company. They never disappoint. They have quality frames and quick shipping.
